Title: Skills Determination, Decay and Delay Study (SD3)

Project Goals: The consortium will develop a skills checklist, and define proficiency, for a predetermined list of skills and procedures.
Specific Aims:
Aim 1: Perform a literature review to determine currently available published data for each skill/procedure.
Aim 2: Create a skills/procedures checklist based on currently published literature and subject matter expert input.
Aim 3: Determine proficient performance in a simulated combat environment.
Aim 4: Deliver to DoD checklists for a total of twenty predefined skills/procedures and proficiency levels associated with those checklists.
