University of Pittsburgh Professor, Michael Hatridge receives 2 US Army awards in quantum computing!

Congratulations to Dr. Michael Hatridge of the University of Pittsburgh Physics and Astronomy Department for receiving 2 US Army grants on his work to overcome roadblocks in quantum computing. Both awards total $5.7 million! Way to go!

The University of Pittsburgh's Center for Military Medicine Research hosted COL James Jones & Scientific Leaders from the US Army Medical Capability Development & Integration Directorate (MED CDID), Army Futures Command, San Antonio, TX. The group spent the week of January 16th at the University of Pittsburgh for a comprehensive review of the university's scientific and medical capabilities.
