Center for Military Medicine Research Director, Dr. Ron Poropatich, presented to members of the Pitt McGowan community about how they can get involved with Department of Defense (DoD) medical research opportunities. The title of his talk was "DoD Sponsored Medical Research: Funding Sources and Tips for Success." It was a nice crowd gathered to hear from Dr. Poropatich about the tips, strategies and things to know when engaging in medical research for the DoD.
